What happened? Description:

I sold this user ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/arxipelarg ) 4 Team Fortress 2 Keys. Team Fortress 2 Keys are virtual item which does not require a shipment of physical goods. I sell TF2 Keys at $1.90 per key. 4 TF2 Keys = $7.60

The user agree and wrote this: This payment is for virtual item. I agree that I will not charge-back under any circumstances, and will not request a refund. This purchase does not require a shipment of physical goods.

We traded and he charged-back, which is fraud.

On his profile on the comment section there are 2 other people he traded with and charge-back after a few days ( On the steam comment section you can delete any comment so he probably delete them, If they're not there ). He is a scammer. We trade December 22 and he asked for a refund December 25.​

He is doing a chargeback on me too. How did you fight the dispute?

I showed paypal the same evidence i'm showing here and they still gave him the money.

God damn it.

What was the reaction of PayPal?

This is what paypal put: "After review, we found that this unauthorized activity claim is valid. According to the terms of our User Agreement, we have refunded the buyer using funds from your account. This case is now closed."

Yeah the message I guess didn't mean anything because paypal still gave him the money -__-

Yea making my report now, my verdict came today.

PayPal and their criminal circuit called "legal" terms and conditions. Even though you have hard evidence of a virtual item trade, PayPal will not do anything about it. I suggest not trading with PayPal anymore.
I am going to stop trading steam items for a long, long while.
