    What happened? Description:
    User bought keys in 2 transactions. Charge backed afterwards and I am now blocked. It says payment not authorized​

    You can see he bought keys at this date. 2 Times.

    I traded with him, thought everything is fine​

    Same here, he's charging me back with one of the 10 trades we made through paypal.
    I called paypal through skype and contacted a guy called James - Charge backs and unauthorized payment expert or ticket reviewer and he said:
    "He is trying to unauthorize through his bank" I told him about that he is charging back lots of guys.

    Guys just a tip if you haven't lost the case yet, try calling their skype toll free number and talk a guy about this:)
    And take screenshots from now because he might delete comments, bla bla.

    I hope he gets Steam Rep flagged and him losing the cases:)

    That might help if you can include screenshots of those as attachments? You can blur any sensitive information.

    To ban for fraud, we typically require some sort of proof of an agreement.
