    What happened? Description:
    Whole story short:
    I met this scammer in popular website http://csgolounge.com/. Our initial deal was that he/she would be 370$ from my knife directly to Paypal. We talked for about an hour before proceeding with the trade. Then he/she asked me to lower the price for 10$ to 360$. At this point I was feeling pretty confident "why would a scammer want to lower the price?"

    Before the actual trade I demanded that he/she would send me 1$ price to my account as for confirmation that he/she actually had an account. And he/she did. I made the trade. After the trade he/she asked my Paypal account again as if he/she had forgotten it. (Which seemed pretty weird as I had just received an payment from her/him...) Then suddenly he/she said "I've sent the payment, have a good day" and went straight to offline. Truth hit me but I figured I'd still give he/she a chance to just to be sure and wait till the next day. For no surprise I never got the money.

    I've also included .pdf file downloaded directly from Paypal to ensure that payment never really happened. You can also see the 1$ payment from the scammer that I demanded before proceeding with the trade.​

    Hello @blobBIT , in order to proceed with your report please add a:
    -ScreenShot of your paypal history- showing all the activity(go back 1 month, from the date of the scam)-in full screen, displaying the url bar and without cropping anything;
    -ScreenShot of your Agreement- in full , taken from inside your Steam Client, without cropping anything;
    -Screenshot of your inventory history:

    1º-Open the Steam Browser by double clicking the steam icon in the tray in lower right corner of your screen.
    2º-On top left, open menu "Steam" and select "Settings".
    3º-On the new Settings dialog box, select "Interface" and enable the tick in front of "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
    4º-Click "OK" to close the Steam Settings dialog, applying the setting.

    Making the screenshot:
    -In the Steam Browser, go to your Inventory, by clicking your Nickname in the top middle and selecting "Inventory"
    -On top right, click the "More" button that is shown above the game labels for the various inventories you have, and select "View Inventory History".
    -Seek the trade that relates to this on the number of pages you have (look below for the requirements).
    -Go to the start menu and type in the seek box "snipping", you will find in Vista and later the "Snipping Tool", click it to start it. It directly wants to make a screenshot. Select the full window excluding the very top of the steam browser window where your LOGIN name is shown. But INCLUDE the Nickname, the steam URL bar fully, both sides and full bottom of the steam browser.
    -Click the "Diskette" icon, or click "File" and then "Save As...", and save it to your desktop.
    -Come back here and make a reply.
    -Drag the image into the reply on the forum from the desktop.
    Requirements of the screenshot(s):
    -Exclude the Login name and steam wallet amount that is on the very top right.
    -MUST show the Steam URL in top left.
    -MUST show the NICKNAME in top middle.
    -MUST show the Steam window fully from left side to the right side of the window.
    -MUST show the related trade from the day before to up to at least 2 days after the trade or current date if that is earlier.
    -MUST show to the bottom of the steam browser window.
    -You are NOT to edit the screenshot, and NOT to blank out anything.

    First of all thank you for your time and effort!

    I have included a screenshot of three months of my recent PayPal activity as you asked. You can actually see the 1 dollar payment I asked from him / her for confirmation there.
    I have also included the screenshot from my inventory trade history from days after and before the trade. I was unable to take a screenshot to cover the entire trade history because I have made many trades afterwards, it's been a long time, but I can take multiple pictures if that is necessary. Unfortunately I don't know how to get my hands on the agreement anymore as he removed me from hes friends and I can't open the chat window. But I took a screenshot that shows that he / she has blocked me in steam if that helps. There is also picture of the agreement in the "evidence.png" I provided earlier but unfortunately it is not in fullscreen as I were unaware of the SteamReps rules back then.
    Please contact me if you need anymore evidence or something, I want to help you out as much as I can.
