    What happened? Description:
    So this person added me and try to trade with me for my dota 2 item which Im selling for either cs.go item or paypal money. To avoid being scammed, im taking a safer way by asking the buyer to buy me an item at the same cost at the item im selling on steam market so we can trade through steam, which is impossible to scam. But this person refuse to buy me the item and trade through team, he request to pay more so i can trade with him, this seems like an attempt scam which seems to fail to me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This guy is trying to avoid trading through steam because he want to scam me.​

    Was this before Valve implemented the wait of 7 days before being able to trade items bought from the SCM?
