What happened? Description:

I was purchasing his burning noir for Warframe platinum and in this cross game trade, it is trust based. I went first after he help his end of the deal on some $20 ish trades yet on the noir he just ran.​

I had him send a Steam Offer since my steamcommunity window kept glitching out (as it it would appear invisible). I've given him the hat, and he was supposed to give me the rest of the 180P, but he didn't.
I was removed from friends several times, and I kept readding him. We shared a brief exchange in the process in which I asked him whre the rest of my plat is, but to no response, until he threatened to make it seem that I've stolen his items and such if I didn't stop harassing him about it.

This person was very arrogant and and ass when I first contacted him, talking over me and deciding the trade plan when he didn't even bother hearing my response. He talked condescendingly to me just because my Warframe crashed twice. Even during trades, he'd comment and look down on me just because my Warframe clan had a minor tax involved. I'm mentioning this, because he counted my harassment as levels of offenses; he first placed my Steam ID and such as his Steam name as he said he would, but I obviously didn't care. Soon afterwards of continous questioning him, he said he'd make some report or what ever, indicating that he has some strong trader reputation and has friends. I just wanted my plat, but he would be so stubborn and act as if the world revolved around him. I kind of gave up later on, and searched my name into Google just to check if he made some report or something, which led me here.

Also, I commented several times on his profile in which he had deleted my comments.

But way to stick up to what you said and follow through I guess, guess you'd think I would seem like the smaller man here just because you can post scam reports or something.

I really hope Physium isn't serious and thinks he can get away with it by writing his own comment and screenshotting it. Proof that trade of noir was made like how I screened the plat and chat? GG. Don't know why you'd take this path.

We need the Steam Inventory History of the traded items. As we do have some requirements, here's what you need to do.

Required Steam Settings for this exercise:

• Open the Steam Browser by double clicking the steam icon in the tray in lower right corner of your screen.
  
• On top left, open menu "Steam" and select "Settings".
• On the new Settings dialog box, select "Interface" and enable the tick in front of "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
• Click "OK" to close the Steam Settings dialog, applying the setting.

Making the screenshot:

• In the Steam Browser, go to your Inventory, by clicking your Nickname in the top middle and selecting "Inventory"
• On top right, click the "More" button that is shown above the game labels for the various inventories you have, and select "View Inventory History".
  
• Seek the trade that relates to this on the number of pages you have (look below for the requirements).
• Go to the start menu and type in the seek box "snipping", you will find in Vista and later the "Snipping Tool", click it to start it. It directly wants to make a screenshot. Select the full window excluding the very top of the steam browser window where your LOGIN name is shown. But INCLUDE the Nickname, the steam URL bar fully, both sides and full bottom of the steam browser.
  
• Click the "Diskette" icon, or click "File" and then "Save As...", and save it to your desktop.
• Come back here and make a reply.
  
• Drag the image into the reply on the forum from the desktop.

Requirements of the screenshot(s):

• Exclude the Login name and steam wallet amount that is on the very top right.
  
• MUST show the Steam URL in top left.
• MUST show the NICKNAME in top middle.
• MUST show the Steam window fully from left side to the right side of the window.
  
• MUST show the related trade from the day before to up to at least 2 days after the trade or current date if that is earlier.
• MUST show to the bottom of the steam browser window.
  
• You are NOT to edit the screenshot, and NOT to blank out anything.

I did, he changed his name a million times over it seems. Will get in a screenshot tomorrow, heading to bed and on phone.

These are his recent names with time/date. your trade history is not showing those., and that goes back 5 days.

RIght, because I had initially taken that screenshot when I talked about it with a friend, and he suggested to do so. However I had forgotten to post it until you brought it up recently, so the screenshot is "dated".

Back from class now, couldn't get screenshots up from phone.

Thnx. well, I'm believing @physium 's side atm more then what the reporter was trying to make us believe.
However, the reporter was marked a SOP Scammer about 8 months ago. Which means the accused traded with a scammer a value above our minimum treshold for trading with a scammer.

I'd have to conclude with 2 decisions:
1. @physium

While we normally do not handle reports for cross-gaming/non-steam trading (we only support steam trading icw online payment options like paypal), the report was falsely accusing someone in order to get away with paying part of what you had to pay for the items you received. As creating false reports is a offense on SR, and the specifics around this, I will add a Banned by SR tag for this in addition to your Banned by SOP ban.

I will edit the topic Subject to point to the reporter.

The Reporter added me with follow-up and new evidence and as such I'm revisiting this topic to research it further.

I've personally seen him scrolling thru the trade history via Skype remote view option. These where the ONLY trades he had with the accused.

Is the real life brother of "physium" (see above). He gained Skial MM reputation since a day or so. I've talked with the SCA of skial ( https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198037039111 ) and he decided to keep the MM tag for now.
