He was able to buy 153keys on my account, first is 53 and sencond is 100. so after the conversation i was wondering why the money i have got on my Paypal account was not appeared. then i check the transaction details and now he's claiming back the money and making a chargeback.​

Even if he does pay up, I don't believe his reputation can be cleaned. If the evidence is sufficient, and the report is accepted, he will still receive an appropriate tag. You can't pay up just to stop a report. Would be akin to a bribe of sorts.

do NOT clean his reputation. He has done this to me as well, I will be uploading evidence later tonight

Be sure to make a separate report on the accused.

I can confirm this guy chargedback me and another guy that contacted me as well. Definitely a scammer.

yeah, he was chargebacking me 420$ (233 keys) he was using 2 different paypal mails:

he paid 14 times with 30 USD. now i have to balance my paypal somehow...

looks like he is always using "[email protected]". maybe he have more than 3 accounts.
