Information:
First off, thank you for taking your time to read this report. I know how much work you guys have, and I am truly sorry to add to it.

So I was helping spiffy sell his hats. I sold one or two of them for buds, got him some good deals. All the while he was asking me, "Could you get me a moon marauder with my stuff?" Time went on, he had pure earbuds. I found a guy that would take his offer if he added about a bud. So I talked with spiffy and said I will buy the bud for him if he could give me a little profit. We agreed on a date he would pay me back by, which was July 10th, if not I could hold his unusual until he did. He was willing to do so, so I continued to discuss with the owner of the moon marauder. I ended up being able to pay 9 buds + a clean essential accessories.

I've been giving spiffy tons of time to pay me back. He even had a buds in his backpack after July 10, said he would break down the buds and pay me back. Instead he traded them for another hat. After telling him I am going to report him for 2 days now I have given up giving him more time. He just kept stalling and stalling. So here we are....

I made a mistake "I ended up being able to pay 9 buds + a clean essential accessories." needs to be "I ended up being able to pay 7 buds + clean flip flops(his stuff) + a clean essential accessories.(my stuff)"

And also when i paid the essential accesories obviously he would only need to pay me those back. If there is any confusion.

He owes me a clean EA

He is constantly avoiding paying me back, has no intention of paying me back. Even spammed my profile with the comment, "

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS GUY ! HE IS A AIMMATURE RAT AND HE WANT'S OT KICK MY ASS ASSSASASS" ​

Almost 3 pages of that comment on my profile was spammed.

Pretty much i agreed to broker for this person and i ended up getting him a deal of a burning honchos for his scorching YWNM and he said he wanted to do the trade personally with the owner of the honchos and well i agreed to do so. and he agreed to pay me the 1.5 buds that he owes me for the brokering which we agreed to in chat. also i told him to type that to have some proof of him agreeing apon. Screen shot is me trading the YWNM back to him. I do not have any chat logs unofrtunatly because i did close it thats why i made him say it there.

I told him he had till july 22nd to collect the 1.5 buds because i was going on vaca for 11 days and he agreed apon and now he has deleted me changedname and im pretty sure its a run such a rat wont work with this guy ever again.

in contination this was my chat with that player just a few min ago. http://i.imgur.com/R5lNS.png and this pretty much said hes admiting to not paying me back and dosent care that he will get marked and will just cash out before he gets the chance. MARK HIM PLZ! this has gone long enough

Is this getting reviewed or what?

Can I ask both victimized parties to show screenshots of their respective trade histories to verify non-receipt of payment? Currently T-Virus only has the initial payment and not the pay by date in this report.

After speaking to T-Virus, and re-wording my request for more information. I am going to ask the accused to Post his/her trade history from anywhere between June 26 and July 10th to show that The agreement was met. If that does not happen, I will ask T-Virus to post the entirety of his trade history to verify the same aim.

I am giving this a one week timetable. I expect to see a reply by 10pm Pacific Daylight time on Sunday(possibly Monday for certain time zones) 9 September 2012
