    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198085475209

    Victim profile: 76561198049891951

    What happened? Description:
He offered on cs:go lounge "Money for CS:GO Items," He wanted me to send the items first or no money. I sent item and then he went offline and changed his steam name.

    Provide Evidence:
I met this guy on cs:go lounge and he was offering "Money for CS:GO skins."
He name was "TheMakisek" when I met him.
When I added him I told him I was interested in his offer, I replied.
"I'm selling cs:go skins for pocket money on steam."
"I'm only selling a few skins for $2 or so."
He said he only do "PayPal." I said it was fine unless he send the money first,
he said he is fine with that as well.
When he sent the trade offer he said "Is it ok if you trade all the skins?" I thought for a while about that offer and then he said "I'll pay full price."
So I calculated all the items in my cs:go inventory, to a total of $8.71.
He said he will give me 9 Euro for all my skins and I accepted.
When I added all my skins in, he said "You send skins first I do money."
I was skeptical when he said that, so I said "No, you send the money first then I'll give the items..."
He said he has trust issues thought I had the same thought, He said "Looks like you don't want the money."
I said "Fine I'll do the trade first and then you send the money."
I accepted the trade and confirmed it on my email.
I said "I did the trade offer," He said "Ok, I'll send money wait."
And after that I waited 15 minutes refreshing my PayPal page constantly, I check his steam profile and he changed his name to "HelloMyFriend!"
That is when I knew I was scammed, and when I checked him inventory most of the skins I gave him were traded.

Can you please add screenshots of your inventory trade history and PayPal history in full and uncropped with the URL bars included. Also, do you have screenshots of the chat agreement?

I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement, as it is considered vital evidence. Up to the staff to review though, good luck.
