Also fell for the same scam. I've submitted a report here http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198025566457-nerubian-zealot.7971/ It's clear he is on a scamming spree. Surely the evidence is overwhelming now.
God this is ridiculous. How can Steam Support not have banned this guy yet, he's been around for two years probably scamming everyone the whole time :/
