Description:
He saw my trade on tf2outpost about selling my hats.I was tried and sleepy at the time so i couldn't really focus. I wasn't paying attention to the trade and got distracted by something else then i went to the trade window and I thought he was a tfwh bot so I agreed to the trade in the trade window because i was in a rush to go to sleep.

I am sorry - what made you think this was a TF2WH Bot? Per the section Who are the Bots of TF2WH, none of them have this name, or any of the past 10 names he had. Did he ever claim to be a bot from TF2WH? How is this a scam? Have you tried adding this person back and asking about the trade? Sorry - but we need more information. The screenshots you posted do show that you "lost" the item, but no form of agreement between the two of you.

Nothing here that looks like a TF2WH scam. You messed up, so it's not a markable scam.
