You are going to need some evidence of your friend "hijacking" your account such as Steam Tickets from recovering your account, without any concrete proof there is nothing SR can do for you.

You don't need connection to D2L dude, those are just items, items doesn't mean anything. If you didn't realize that by this far, than I feel sorry for you. Just play the game and forget about items. It helped alot of people...
