What happened? Description:

Firstly, he added me asking for a game that i actually didn't have in my game trade list. Then he asked me if i could sell him some keys he needed (20 TF2 keys + 10 CS GO keys) . He insisted not to pay first through paypal, because he was afraid that i may scam him. I saw that his rep on steamgifts is high (+99) without any negative rep, plus his steam account has 1000+ games and his level is 151. So i suggested to go first with 20 tf2 keys, then pay me, and finally send him the 10 CS GO keys. He took my 20 TF2 keys and haven't paid me on paypal till now (after 1 day).
He had a lot of excuses, he wasn't responding all day yesterday and today he deleted me from his friend list. His inventory doesnt have my keys anymore (he told me that was a game on sale and he had to buy it!). I provide every evidence i have below( dialogues, trade confirmation with the keys, paypal history). It's not about $1-2, it's 40 bucks...this scammer is so immortal. Can't something be done with that person?Can anyone stole 20 keys and continue to have a steam account/ buy games with stolen money?​

Today he changed his steam name to "lethaL" and his profil pic. Be aware of him...

Today he linked his profil with a group (Cash Rep Thread) http://steamcommunity.com/groups/CSGOREPorts/discussions/0/35219681676250452/ where he uses an alt account with the same steam name (http://steamcommunity.com/id/espionage11/). Cant we do something with that guy?????

As u see, its not an alt account...He has impersonated Espionage Dealer...Anyway that guy uses any means to steal from other people. Be careful...
