What happened? Description:

well he added me and he offered me paypal at first then i said i didnt have it then he offered steam codes he looked legit had a offical facebook and a level 30 and pages and pages of plus rep so i sent him the knife and he sent me codes that didnt work so i asked for my items and he assured me that it was steam was down so i waited and he just blocked me and and went on i went on other profiles and he blocked those he is a wimp and he need to get banned and i summited a ticket and deeper looking he had other reports on him​

yeah invalid codes now unbock me and give back skins
