What happened? Description:

The victim I filled in is the person who he sharked.

The first known "crime" he committed was trading several items with marked scammers:

The second thing he did was sharking a 36 keys hat for 12 keys from the unboxer who obviously didn't know much about trading:
He bought a Disco Beat Down Stainless Pot off of the unboxer for 12 keys (it is worth 36 keys)
The unboxer obviously didn't know very much about trading.

He sold some of the items removed for keys before he traded them to the unboxer, you can see this by checking the history of the keys that he gave the unboxer for the unusual. As this is this users second offense, this should result as a perma-ban.​

Dear zapperzz. I do admit that I have been trading with marked scammers in the past. This has been a mistake on my part, I have been temp banned from backpack.tf and outpost for that. I learned my lesson as I just want to keep trading.

I want to clarify a few things before I get steamrep banned for no real reason. I have been buying a couple of unusuals for quicksell prices for pure keys which is normal. As I sent to you in a private chat I have been using FROSTs unusual buying list: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/693149. For the stainless pot its this trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25094183. He is buying the pot in this case for 10 keys pure. The original owner of the pot http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198102068252 was listing the pot for 20 keys on backpack.tf before I traded with him. So I just gave him frost's link and I told him frost was buying for 10 keys pure. I decided to rise in price, as I had more pure at that time. He eventually accepted my 12 keys pure offer.

Now unfortunately I dont have proof of that chat anymore, but I still have the owner on my friendslist. I would like to wait for his reponse on this, I will list our full chat as counter-proof if needed.

Now the same way as with the pot, in a period of 6 days, before and after I made the trade with the pot, I also bought a vivid plasma toque for 17 keys and a cloud9 bonk helmet for 14. In all of these cases, the traders added me, not the otherway around.

Also this is the first time that I have to defend myself, so I dont really know what I need as counter proof on this, apart from the owner's point of view.

I will upload more if I have any new information.

Hmm, okay so he added you based on your quicksell unusual buying trade? If you can link me to that trade of your's where you were attempting to buy quicksell unusuals, then I will take down all my reports. (BTW: outpost said they won't perm ban you because you have already been warned and they don't like dealing with sharks, so this steam rep report is practically irrelevant)

To the Admins: This user claims he didn't shark the item, but quick bought it. He is supplying proof currently. Once he supplies the proof I would appreciate it if you lock this thread and don't mark Crumblewood, as that would prove him innocent. Currently he is waiting out a temp ban for trading withs scammers, and being proven innocent of the shark would leave Crumblewood completely clean

Dear mr. Zapperzz and steamrep admins. It has taken me a long time and a few tries, but the original owner is completely ignoring me. Proof is in the attachment section. As explained upbove I have used Frost's trade to get the price for buying the pot in pure keys. We negotiated a bit and he accepted. We have been talking normally afterwards. He was well aware of the original price, but that's hard to proof as he is not responding. From what I can remember, he had his pot up for 20 keys and was complaining that nobody wanted to buy it. Also, if he knew the original price right now, he would have attempted to report me, write me a -rep or contact me in any way to get his items back. But until this date, he didn't. Pretty rude guy... As SR doesn't even deal with sharks and Crumble has proven himself innocent this report is no longer valid. Please close it.
