What happened? Description:

I saw his trade on dota 2 lounge in which he traded Legion comander arcana for new TI5 Immortal items. Since the new immortal items are not tradeable, only giftable, we agreed for me to 1st send 1 item, then he trades his arcana, and then i send the rest.
I sent him my 1 item, but he didnt trade his item, instead he just went offline, classic.

The item itself doesn't mean that much to me, but i was kinda hoping to make his work a lot harder by placing this report. Kinda hoping people won't give him their items like I did.
I did it cause he had a clear steamrep page, but i've decided to change that with this.
