    Hello @silently thank you for your report. We do need some more information. Can you provide us with a better full screenshot of the chat as it is slightly cut off on the right side. As well as your PayPal activity page in "all activity" section showing payment. Also your steam inventory history to show if no trades were conducted as payment for the keys with a full screenshot.
