    Description: This transaction was made involving virtual items of the game Team Fortress 2 on Steam. On August 31st, 2013 at approximately 17:45:00 GMT+08:00, The scammer, added my account on Steam after seeing my open trade at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13772794 . I was selling Mann. Co. Supply Crate Keys for $1.85 USD each. The scammer offered me $12.90 CAD instead for 6 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys (net total $11.10 USD) because he claimed that he's from Canada and asked me to convert to USD myself via the Paypal conversion system. Seeing that he sent $11.92 USD after conversion, he then asked me to send $0.82 USD and he will cover the fees. Hence the second transaction: http://i.imgur.com/5s9KLTE.png . Upon sending the $0.82 USD to the scammer, The scammer also agreed not to chargeback when he sent the following notes in the first transaction: "I,Mike Dale, am using this money to be sent to [email protected] for virtual in-game items that I have received and will not chargeback under any circumstances (mrgrimthegod)." Upon receiving the money, I traded the items to him at exactly 17:58:00 GMT+08:00 as stated in the evidence attached. He acknowledged that he received the items and even commented on my trade saying that he received the items: http://i.imgur.com/WHjNL8y.png .
