Speedy has paid the user back, when he didn't need to, and that I belive that this is false evidence, and clearly not enough however I am not an admin. The reaason I posted here was because of Speedy is applying for admin on my server and I said that you need to get the SteamRep case cleared up before we can revew you. So I have attempted to help out

You need SCREENSHOTS. Not videos of a screenshot. Unedited screenshots of your trade history during the time this took place.

Speedy, you need to EXPLAIN what your evidence shows. Also, why is your screenshot you're taking a video of edited and blurry?

Hi guys. This is Puddington Bear from backpack.tf. I have permabanned Speedy from backpack.tf a few days ago for scamming the Bill's Hat.
