What happened? Description:

I was buying keys of this guy "CRUELLSKI." his price was 20$ for 10 keys or 2$ for 1 key.
After i sent him the money he said 'nice invoice' and then blocked me, i went onto paypal and double checked and the payment was fine, it went through with no issues.
