What happened? Description:

THIS IS AN ALT OF SPOOKY SPYCREB, SO I WILL COPY PASTE THE REPORT ON SPOOKY SPYCREB ONTO HIM
I won a kill-a-watt mancers off of sweetstakes.tf. Upon winning, someone named "Spooky Spycreb" added me and asked for it back. He had a Cauldron Bubbles rack that I lost on sweetstakes.tf, so I offered an exchange of his mancers for my rack. He said he'd like to hold onto it for a while longer, and offered 2 extremely cheap unusuals for me to bet, in exchage for the macners, and he'd return my rack later. After a few weeks, I noticed he lost the rack. I asked him to repay me, and he told me he would receive some unusuals from his friend to pay me back the next day. It has been 2 days and he ignores all of my steam messages.​

to clarify i am his brother, and he moved out a few days ago, i would like to have our IP addresses re-checked and re-confirmed before this report against my brother is accepted (if this report is accepted) and passes down onto me because i am an "alt" also i see no proof in this report that i am an alt of him in the 1st place. thanks.

Could be an alt on a different IP address.

not sure how you can be an alt on a different IP address, care to clarify? thanks, and once again, i see no proof in this thread of me being an alt, its just an accusation and you just copied and pasted the accusation of a scam, this report has nothing to do with me being an alt at all, accept for you saying that i was an alt.
