EVIDENCE:
a long time ago i gave raptor 2 buds for loan so that he could buy an eerie yellow belt on april 13th 5 MONTHS AGO! and i have been asking him for them for a long time, he always responds with he will get them to me eventually. http://i.imgur.com/nZemG.png

he always asked for more items that i refused to give him every time we talked or if i wanted to buy anything from him. he got banned from tf2outpost when he got trade banned (for what idk) and he tried to appeal which got him perma banned. http://i.imgur.com/3kgLF.png

Raptor is known for pulling bullshit like on his SOP rep page http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=1041030#1041030 where he is lying that raptor1995 isnt his alt. tho the location is australia. and it most definatly is. it is also banned on outpost.

Raptor posted a FAKE REP on the account he is currently using raikoh, claiming that the account is his mothers? with his now aparently hijacked account on outpost. http://i.imgur.com/Mwc9W.png

raptor has previously ripped me off and sorta repayed my when he forced me into buying a steaming conquistador for a steaming chapeau and stormy nano since he was convincing me the conq was worth 7-10 buds tho it was worth 4 buds at the time. he gave me a bubbles and searing capos instead of the charmers which was not worth it. this i dont care much for anymore because it wasnt his fault that i didnt get what was worth what i payed. tho he did trick me twice now.

raptor had some buds and bills which he could of repayed me with but had to keep them because he didnt get payed? what. at the time he was cashing out the account that was "hijacked" http://i.imgur.com/FPK66.png

Raptor had borrowed my stormy HWNN, and a few other hats from TF2Hats server owner KKodiak and he went offline this worried us that he tried to scam us but eventually he got back on and traded us back our hats.

Raptor likes brokering hats for people so Rain Man let raptor borrow the 2 unusuals he had at the time and raptor sold them for cash...

Raptor apparently got an extra $1000 tho hasnt payed anyone back and currently owes

raptor has added me back and offered me a stormy ushanka that i told him to sell for 2 buds, when he gets 2 buds from it my part of the report would be invalid but he would still owe narnia 1 bud and rainman 3 buds and 10 keys

also raptor 1995 is an alt of raptors, narnia knew raptor when he used that account and narnia is on that accounts friends list.

raptor said he will pay me back, i was going away for a week and i saw he had an earbud during the week and when i get back he doesnt have it, just more unusuals.
i do not see any attempt or want to pay me back or any of the other guys who had there items "borrowed" from them

raptor has payed me back, this report can be marked as invalid tho he does still owe narnia 1 earbud and rainman 2 earbuds and 10 keys since he payed rain 1 earbud.
