We enter the trade window and the first thing I notice is the big trade probation warning. I ask him about it, and he says "one year ago" with no other explination. I shrug my shoulders and figure that I'm safe because I'm not dealing with paypal or any sort of trade outside steam. He says "gift for your bro," I'm guessing that he meant he was going to add some sweets to the trade because I was a good trader, or something, so he adds a bunch of random weapons. I say thanks, sort of weary. We both click accept offer and I click make trade, he waits about a minute and then swaps the Anger with another weapon. I notice it because I was watching for this sort of thing and he immediately closes the trade window. He quickly starts a new trade and does the deal one for one. I'm guessing that he either really needed the scrap and was willing to make the real trade or that he was afraid I'd call him out on his bullshit. The text isn't particularily incriminating, and sadly I didn't save the trade chat, but I think his rep on tf2outpost combined with his trade ban should be more than enough proof. Another Scam attemt. The same patten as described: he offers to overpay in items, add random items in trade and then swaps valuable items with unique weapons. FORTUNATELY for us all I got a proof, I catched him in action (see attachement) Please ban this scammer as soon as possible.
