Hello. Recently i was marked as SR Scammer unfairly. Reason was Fake repper. Here's Thread: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198065867110-kaahsiliing-et-al.6263/


So now why i was marked unfairly. I already contacted TF2OP admins and they unbanned me because i provided information (I provided screen of ticket and told them what happened) why i was banned unfairly. But today they banned me again cuz they changed policies so i need to get rid of SR Scammer tag! From 24th of Jun till 6th of July i was on vacation. When i arrived home , next day i tried to access my account and it was saying that my password was not correct so i was not able to access it. Then i remembered that my friend was facing same problem couple of months ago ( his account was hijacked ) so he told me that he contacted steam support and provided his card information and they returned his account. So i did the same. I contacted steam support to get my hijacked account back. I told them that my account was hijacked and they told me that please provide CD-Key or Card information which was used with your account. I provided my Visa Card information and got my account back after couple of days! I was really happy! )) When i logged in to my account my friend ( who told me how to return account) congratulated me and told me that someone was writing rude things on others walls . I deleted this posts from my friends walls. Everything was OK. After a week or two i started playing TF2 and wanted to sell my Kringle Collection. I tried to access TF2OP but i was not able cuz i was banned! Reason was that i was marked as SR Scammer so firstly i contacted TF2OP admin and as i said i provided information and they unbanned me but after that i was banend again and when i asked why they said that i need to create thread in SteamRep and to ask them to remove my SR Scammer tag which i got unfairly ! You need to provide proof of your support ticket proving your account was hijacked and steam returned it to you. Please black out and personal info.

I was the one that reported you. My apologies if I falsely gave you a scammer tag.

My main issue with your story is that the fake rep was given on June 24th (http://puu.sh/DEJe) and you didn't talk to steam about a hijacked account until 2 weeks after your account was hijacked (http://i.imgur.com/FzUvT.png). I know you stated in your story you state

but no where in your steam support screen shot does it state what date your hijacking started. It seems a bit convenient that within 24 hours of you going on vacation, your account get hijacked and gives fake rep (and you didn't lose any items/games in the hijacking).

I made the fake rep report on steam rep on June 25th, so you could have easily made the steam support ticket once you saw my steam rep report 2 weeks after giving fake rep, saying that you were hijacked so that you could use it as your cover. Additionally in your steam support ticket you seem very calm for some one with a backpack worth over $400 USD (http://backpack.tf/id/76561198036445756), merely stating

Most people I know with high worth BPs who have been highjacked, state some sort of concern with valve that their items/games will be insured and returned to them and/or concerned that the hijacker will rob you of your high-valued items. At no point did you convey these emotions.

I may be wrong and I believe an IP/login check may be appropriate in this decision to check to see if MM.DaVid is being honest about the hijacking.

Yes i know hacker stole nothing from my backpack , im really happy about it! I think he didn't took items because then i will be able to report him (from trade history) and return my items . I can do anything to prove that im honest ! KiaCzar can you tell me where can i see/check Ip/Login?

Please show that screenshot with the top block (account name, ticket number, etc) clearly visible.
Please also screenshot the email correspondence attached to thast particular ticket.
