Yes this guy deserves to be baned as he counterd the fake trade he must have done a lot with other user. If he had highball then this guy should declined the trade but he sent a fake trade saying auto counter trade.

He's a scammer. Should be banned from steam.

Sir, please check this screenshot and text he wrote during counter offer, it says "In order to Trade with this account: Accept the offer first and you will recieved the steam offer you sent... Auto Counter Offer "
