    Do look up the user from your inventory history:
    1. Go to your inventory History: https://steamcommunity.com/my/inventoryhistory
    2. Find the trade in question. It may be on a different page, just find the page that contains that particular trade
    3. Hover your mouse over the name of the person that received your items. Take an uncropped, unedited screenshot. Save to desktop
    4. Alt-click the name of the person, and select Copy Link Address (Safari / Chrome), Copy Link Location (Firefox), or Copy shortcut (Internet Explorer).
    5. Head to SteamRep.com, and paste the profile URL into the search bar. Should a warning pop up, click "I understand"
    6. Copy and paste the user block given from the user's SteamRep page into your reply, and upload the screenshot as an attachment.
    7. Post reply.

    2. Scroll down to the trade in question. It may be on a different page, but that's fine; just open the page which has this particular trade.
    3. Hover your mouse over the name of the person who received your item(s).
    4. With your mouse still over the name from step 3, take a full, uncropped screenshot, and save it to your desktop without making any edits.
    5. Right-click the name of the person who received your item(s) from the trade history page, and select Copy Link Address (Chrome), Copy Link Location (Firefox), or Copy shortcut (Internet Explorer).
    6. Go to SteamRep.com and paste that link into the Search field. If a warning opens up (which may or may not happen), click "I understand".

    update. I have posted on F3iler's profile to please react to this and he deleted the post (so obviously read it) Plus today I sent a friend request with the intent on asking him to follow up on this, but he refused and blocked. It looks like he was here Yesterday at 11:20 AM and has done nothing


    edited for reason of update. At about noon my time, I see I have a friend request from him. I accept, he was offline. Below is screen shot of message to him to see once he goes back online again 11-11-2015 12-31-30 PM.png
    ouch...typos .. I was typing fast and carelessly :D


    edited again 24 hours later. I am done with this troll. He has seen the message and removed me again. There has been a plenty of time for him to react and he chooses not to.
