What happened? Description:

The accused person was posing as a reputable trader so I went first and sent him an offer of 20 keys which he accepted. He kept claiming he had problems with his Paypal, he claimed he would send my keys back to me but he did not. I warned him I would report him if he did not send them back to me and then he removed me his Steam friends. He kept the 20 keys.​
