What happened? Description:

Hello,
i just get scamed by this user. I add him to sell him key for Dead Rising 3 and i say i go first because he have many +rep comments. When i send him the key he say its not working, after he reset steam he say he already have the game and he wont give me keys. I check before trade and he wasnt have dead rising 3. Why i should add him if he already have the game?
He is scammer, it was brand new key and when i tried to activate it on steam i get massage:
key duplicated - because he already activate it​
