What happened? Description:

He scammed me giving mea bad Wallet Code. He added me because i published a trade in csgolounge. I hope that guy won´t scam more and he will lose him account. I was talking with him friend and he is a scammer to.​

And how do we know he scammed you? I dont understand anything in this picture.

It'll be very helpful if you can provide chat logs, and a screenshot of steam saying the code you entered was bad.
From what you've provided there's no way to determine if there was a scam.

In order to report the account to Valve, you have to:

2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT.
