so he added me, asked if my knife was for sale , i said him yeah and i said to him that i wasn't willing to go first, i think he didnot even realised about my high amount of reputation and added me without checkin in , so then he deleted me and blocked me​

he wanted to scam me too

If you don't want to go first is it illegal to remove you or even block you, you wrote with that caps on, i instantly knew that it isn't worth talking with you. It's not a reason to file a report and i demand that you delete this post and the one that commented here is the same as you, no proof and just lowlife, not willing to go first with me!

Yes, but it's not good when a useless report, like this, is on my page, while the one who filed the report and the ones who commented (i'm looking at you) are with the profile clean...

I've received from him mail with "weird" url from "paypal"

I got scammed by this guy , he bragged about going 1st and he scammed me of a M9 Bayonet Stained FT , i reported him on this account and his main,which is http://steamcommunity.com/id/cosnebunu with all the proofs, paypal scam attempt
