Description: He send me a trade on the CwG trade server and asked for my buds he put a TS Bills,Strange Rocket launcher,Strange Shotgun,Strange Quickfix and a dirty merc scarf for my buds. I asked for 26 keys and he didn't response just put the tick on the ready to trade window. He told me that the price of buds it isn't more 26 keys but 14 keys. And I told him that I'll report him Im aware that this account is an alt of an scammer.

Would you happen to have any screenshot whatsoever of the trade/chat you had? If you don't then it's very hard to get this person caught.
