What happened? Description:

The victim had added me and asked me about a user who she claims to have promised her a steam gift card if she gave him her unusual, and he proceeded to block her without giving the code. I then confront the scammer and he admits to doing it.​

I hope this is enough evidence, I wish I could help the victim, I will try and inform her of all the ways to avoid scams so her items will be fine in the future.​

Definitely a strange chat log between you and him..
But nonetheless he admitted to the scam, and evidence looks sufficient. Admins should be reviewing soon.

I shall inform my administration about this act, and I might have a conversation with the accused regarding this. Any other information you can find will be greatly accepted.
