Description:
Said he found me on TF2 Outpost, deal was my Blizzardy Storm Baker Boy for $70 via paypal, traded him the hat then he went offline/deleted me and never sent anything.

Please get a screenshot of the trade. You can find the trade in your inventory history.

How long does it take before this guy is banned?

Huge break in my case!

This guy must have traded my hat to another profile in case the one he used was banned.
I looked at the history of my hat on TF2OP and he traded it to - http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198046090648

Now he's trying to sell it on TF2Op - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3871161/report

Can't believe this guy! What should I do?

Dehoxen might of Bought that hat.

As ebe said, Dehoxen may have traded for the hat rather than it being one of his alts. While I have marked him for TF2 item scamming, only Valve can trade ban people. I recommend you fill out a Steam Support ticket (http://support.steampowered.com) and tell them about the scam. Feel free to link them to this thread. Thank you for the report.
