What happened? Description:

He asked if he could borrow items for a video, few days after i asked him to give me back my items, he sais yes but never doing it, today he tried to scam me again by proposing money.Yes i knew him before, i dont care about having my items back i just want him to be punished and i think he already scam many other player.​

This is not much of a scam since it doesn't relate to trading; instead, "a video."
Furthermore, he never openly agreed or promised to return the items you gave him according to the chat.
In my opinion, you should of thought about what you did before you did it.
Because this is actually on you, and you never bothered to even consider that this could be a scam-and-run attempt.

Also, you should of done your own pack of research.
On backpack.tf, he has a reputation of -4, and another topic being of "asking for items on a video" then later, those items being sold.
He has also been permanently banned on the site as well.

I was scammed by him too the same way, I checked SteamRep and backpack and sutch things. He wasn't banned then.

He needs to make his own report, rather than confusing the admins that have to read over this one.

Though he is right about separating the reports into two different ones rather than adding on to an existing report.
