What happened? Description:

This is my first report, and it's kind of obscure, so apologies if do anything wrong!

User added me after I posted some trades on CSGL, immediately noticed that the account was suspicious (new, no aliases, no comments/friends).

They have stolen Penguin the Fluffy's artwork & theme, and are attempting to impersonate him(?). I blocked the account and immediately came here, as I feel it's best to just get the account banned and help shut down this impersonator/scammer before they can even begin.

They copied his latest comment onto their profile, but changed the date and kept the signature. Quite blatant if you ask me.​
