What happened? Description:

We discussed a little about price afterwards i went first and sent him the Knife. he asked me twice if money was recieved i said yes as soon as i saw the bill thingy but i didnt knew at the first moment its a money request and not sent. i thought its something like money pending / on the way im not expirienced with paypal transactions tho. he also said something like wanna send me your other knife too before i send money i said please send me money for the first knife before talking about others since then he never wrote back
item is lost but i want him to be banned on steamrep so its easy to tell he is a scammer.
he is banned on csgolounge tho but i didnt see that early enough

He's added me wanting to buy my karambit for money, brought this report up and some other issues with him and he's stopped responding.
