What happened? Description:

Andrew scammed my Butterfly Slaughter (mw), he said, that he will send my money via paypal, but it never occured on my account!​

Provide Evidence:

I offered my Butterfly Knife Slaughter for trading. I wanted real money for my knife, so i went to cs:go lounge and added "Andrew". He didn't look suspicious, got a lot if reputations on steam, so I trusted him. I offered my Knife first, then he said, that he will send my money via Paypal. I waited a minute and nothing happened. So I confronted him of the recent events and why my money isn't there yet. He said, that it will just take one more minute. Then he blocked me and I wasn't able to contact him again.
