What happened? Description:

I asked him to have a 1v1, but after that he said that that we should gamble for items. If I won he would give me a strange specialized killstreak winger, and if he won I would give him a strange phlogistinator. I was hesitant and said no. After that we had the 1v1, he won because he was more experienced than me. But he messages me saying something like hey, are you going to give me the phlogistinator? But I said no, I never agreed to. So he says well if you don't give it to me i'll report you for scamming! I really don't want a bad trading rep so I had to give him the phlog!​
