Invalid 76561198048617315 (Impersonator/Hijacker) and 76561198021489763 (Possible Core Account)

Description:
I was looking up a friend's rep and he had this guy "Derp "on his friendslist who had a relatively large number of suspicious and scammer friends. When I scrolled to the bottom, I found he was friends with this guy named "Community" (private profile, Steam avatar). The Community guy could technically be banned by Valve for just that (just search Community and you will see what I mean). Aside from this, I contacted "Derp" asking to reach "Community". I asked him, since he was friends with "Community", if he could send his friend a message telling him I was trying to reach him. The guy acted very cautious and then told me that it was a hijacked account. I asked him if he has been reported and his reply was that Valve is taking a very long time. I asked if the dude was reported to SR. When he said no, I asked him if I could do it which he did not want me to do.

Additionally, both accounts have had the same names in the past.

While I got screenshots of the chat, I was not able to get a full text version (stupidity on my part).

Just cause someone has the name "Community" doesn't mean he can be instant banned for that. Hell I seen people with the names "VAC" and "Steam Support" and they've never been banned for such as name. Now if this "Community" user posed as Steam representitive and tried to phish account/hack etc. then he could be banned.

It just seemed suspicious, especially if you read the chat logs.

Even if they were controlled by the same person, this person has done nothing wrong and just because he has the "community" name does not make him eligible for a steamrep tag. Site admins tend to not have time for small petty cases like this.
