What happened? Description:

so i use to play on a server a lot with this guy and trust him and he would gamble for me so i trusted him i gave him some items to broker and i was gonna give him more to gamble but i find a buyer for my items so i ask for them back before i know it i find them gone from his inventory and i dont know wheter he sold it or gave it away im assuming gave it away or put it in an alt or storage bot he refused to answer me and just wrote <3 Late Night: smfh

Shiny comes to me and ask's me to sell these items quickly a few moments later the guy who got scammed (thomas) added me and said my friend (shinny) scammed him.

I am a trusted friend of David Jones and I have to speak up about this. I cannot sit idly by and let him be subject to this disaster.

MODS!!!: Are you going to do anything about this obviously trolling accuser of DJ?

1: He literally admitted within his last post that he is a scammer.

He literally self-admits he is a scammer. It's right there in plain text.

2: If you look at the steamprofile connected to his account which he is posting from, it's a Steamrep Banned Account. Click on his profile in this thread. http://forums.steamrep.com/members/get-rid-of-them-scammers.108569/ Click on the information tab under his profile. Hover ever the number where it says Steam: ###. Click it and it takes you here: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198206311057 His account has a pop-up warning and SHOWS he is banned. Are you letting known banned scammers on your website post scamming alerts to non-scammers freely?

3. His lack of information, proof, proper spelling, grammar, and incredibly poor responses to thread comments are suspicious red flags. He either doesn't speak much fluent English (As a bunch of scammers are not American or speak fluent English), is very young and immature in dealing with these kind of things (because scammers scam and don't usually put up a bogus defense), or he's a troll to troll DJ and this board and doesn't care.


This all makes this "get rid of scammers" guy seem painfully obvious that he's phony, and it looks bad on both DJ's clean Steamrep, and your website and mods and administration, as even the most casual and inexperienced of users of your forums can see this is without question, a false allegation. You all seem very slow to react and very incompetent in your diligent fact-checking and research. Some people rely off of the accurate information your website produces in terms of trading and dodging scammers; yet this board handles these situations so nonchalantly. I've been watching as a lurker and have been routinely disappointed. The innocent must put in such high effort and determination in defending themselves while scammers and trolls and a✿✿✿✿✿✿s sit back and do the minimal.

What a poor excuse for authority your team/forum moderators are. It's sad to see this continue on and taint a players reputation. Whether you decide to delete, remove, hide, or even ban me for this post is superfluous and doesn't matter. This has all been saved and archieved in many ways t make sure this becomes a prime example for future use and reference for the Steam community and misrepresented players and online users everywhere.
