I was talking with him to trade an item, he called Pappy(admin) to see the trade and to check if items arent bugged, they stealed my gut knife and 2 more skins.​

Hi, this looks like a classic impersonation case.

Pappy works for valve, he does not middleman or admin. Can you please link me the person you traded the knives to? I do not believe this to be the real saraT either for various reasons.
