What happened? Description:

i've made a second report of an other guy earlier but this one scammed me aswell.this is a bit different than the other one , when i found him on dota2lounge and checked if he was clean both on feedbacks and on steamrep i spoke to hi m and he told me he was buying items via paypal.he wanted 2 arcanas and 1 dragonclaw hook from me.i traded him the arcanas first and then he payed me those 2.everything went normal.the second trade when downside, when i agreed that he would buy my dragonclaw hook i traded it to him he told me he sand the money and right away he removed me from the friendlist and blocked me so i can't add him again.when i checked my paypal the money wasn't there.​

Provide Evidence:

have pictures of the conversation ,the trade offer and my paypal where the money for the 2 arcanas is shown but no money from the hook.​
