What happened? Description:

A few days ago, someone with the name of "Killerx1" added me. He wanted to trade with my knife, but his account was trade banned. When I pointed it out, he said that he had another account on which he will trade my knife with. He linked me his account, which had the same name. He then asked for a second, and didn't respond for a while.

Today, he finally responded, and asked to trade my knife with his StatTrack Karambit Doppler FN, which was from the account he linked me to. After he said that, I obviously knew it was a scam, so I played along. He asked me to add a "steam admin" he had "hired" so he can "scan" my knife to see if it's clean. The person Killerx1 told me to add went by the name of Zoid, who is also a Valve employee. Obviously both were different accounts, so I pointed it out to him, to which he replied was his brother, and how they were both the "Zoid Brothers". After a while I scared both of them off.​
