    @DigitalxImpulse Show a screen shot of the trade offer you sent -full screen and thru a web browser please while moving your mouse pointer over the users name in question. Also need a full screen shot of your payment method history.

    Ok Wasn't sure if the code was sent or not but either way the issue is we are unable to verify codes so we no longer accept reports dealing with cd keys, game codes, steam codes due to change of policy.

    You can report the user to Valve

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
