    What happened? Description:
    Scammer took item and did not pay on paypal. I added him, he said he sent the money after I traded it to him, he blocked me and changed his name, also making his account private.​

    There is no hold. It went through. http://backpack.tf/item/4514075119 He changed his name also, and just gave me a negative rating on backpack.tf :/ "This guy reported me because i didnt give him what he wanted. he told me to accept a trade but i didnt like the trde so i canceled."

    Before anyone does any banning, I beg you not to. I was able to convince the scammer to give the items back. Do not flag him, please. I am trying to help him, and told him I will not follow through with the report if he sends it back.

    if the report gets pass through the scammer can make an appeal but he needs the evidence of him paying you back if his appeals pass then the scammer tag will be removed from him
