    What happened? Description:
    He said he will send 37 keys for 68USD, i agreed to go first, but right after i sent the money he blocked me on steam.
    I uploaded the chat history, the paypal transaction and the declined trade offer for evidence, i hope it is enough and he can't scam anybody else...​

    I understand that what I have done in this situation is appalling and immoral. I let my betting addiction control my actions, and as a result, these two were subject to my attempt.
    I have refunded/refunds are pending for the both of them.
    I sincerely apologize for my actions, and have done so for both these individuals.
    I will not attempt to partake in any such activities again and will accept any judgement upon myself without dispute.

    He has refunded me the full amount, I can't speak for Honved. I will leave my comment up, and I implore Honved to do the same.

    Judgement is out of our hands at this point, and I'll wait for the admins to make their decision.

    He also tried to cancel the PayPal refund he gave me, but PayPal gave it back anyhow.
