Appeal description:

I was banned for attempted impersonation and fraud of a player known as
☆Penguin The Fluffy | RTD.gg, whose steam link can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197981176534

I am here to inform you that in the time i was reported, it was not me who was doing the impersonations/fraud i have been accused of. During this time period, my account had been hijacked by another used. I was not in control of any of his/her's actions over this time period. I can provide screenshots of the conversations i had with steam support officials and even emails/dates of said emails disclosing information about my recovered account. You will have noticed my account has returned to the original name of NoshDosh and has not changed since, whereas, during the time of the hijacking, it changed mostly every day. The user using my account was not me and has since had his or her access removed. I implore you to get back to me, i can provide proof but i use CSGO Lounge regularly and have not scammed anybody before.
