I added him to sell 3 keys. After i gave him my pp mail and sended an offer he blocked me on steam. He said " you're afraid to a level 76 steam + 1000$ inventory + a reputated buyer ?

It looks like you got hit with an impersonator, assuming the above shot is right.
This should clear up who you actually traded.
