I offered him Wuldastron and Rattlebites and he said it was too cheap and instead asked if I was interested in joining an online team clash to be held this Saturday. He also added that he did not really care about in game items. Then he began acting as though we were good friends and told me that if I passed him my items first, he would then pass me pudge hook since I have proven that I trust him as a friend. I was hesitant and passed him Rattlebites at first, then expected him to do Wulda with Hook after but he wanted Wulda first so -.- After that he told me that he did not even know what Wulda and Rattlebites were (must be some cheap shizz). I told him to check the store and he started being wishy washy and then I realized this poor kid was a scammer. When I threatened to report him, he started freaking out and said he will return my items. I wanted hook instead like we agreed upon earlier but then decided it was better to at least get my items back, so I gave him a chance to return them. As expected, he deleted me instantly. I think he does not believe anything much could happen when he gets reported. TBH, these 2 items arent too much of a loss but still, it will be good if this newbie gets banned Am new to reporting so I just copied the format from a previous post but, hope the evidence is enough..
:O Am I not in the right place? A friend of mine told me to do the reporting here and to Valve. Already submitted a ticket to valve, but would appreciate a lot if you could provide a link to where I should report Dota 2 related scams to get him banned. Thank you very much.
