Description

I am making a report on behalf of Phoenix, as he and I are closely related in terms of trading (mostly in monetary value where trust is at the highest level). I personally hate scammers as always, hence the need to report every scam case that I am made aware of.

This case took place on August 31st which is long overdue but it has been brought to my attention just today as most victims do not know how to utilize Steamrep.

Charlie met Phoenix on a unusual trade server. He was interested on Phoenix's Orbiting Planets Soldier Stash and randomly offered $75 via Paypal. Charlie said he had rep on his profile and Phoenix fell for the 6 measly comments. Screenshot shows that Phoenix passed this hat to Charlie but has claimed non-payment after giving away his hat.

Unfortunately no chat log has been saved and a thorough search on tf 2 items could not reveal the current whereabouts of the hat. It is no longer with Charlie since Aug 31. I will be informing him to come here and defend/explain himself, otherwise consider this marked.

Without a chat log showing a clear trade agreement, nothing can be done.
