Hey, I'm not affiliated with SteamRep, but I felt I should make you aware of this page from Valve: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9958-MJDG-3003 In particular note the part where it says "Steam Support will no longer restore lost items." This is because people were abusing the system to make duplicates of expensive items, which dropped prices and destroyed rarity of some expensive skins. Since they implemented the Mobile Authenticator, you either confirm transactions yourself or wait 15 days, which is ample time to cancel-so once you confirm a transaction in your Authenticator, Steam takes that as proof that you say "Yes, I acknowledge that this could get me scammed and that I have no protection." When you trade you even have to check a box that says "This is a gift and I expect nothing in return."

The long & short of this is, items can no longer be duped, so if anyone adds you claiming to be able to dupe your items, delete and block them immediately because they ARE scammers. And I am sorry for the loss of your skins dude, I also recently lost about $85 in skins.
